I have +10 years of computer vision and machine learning R&D experience with +30 publications at top-tier conference and journals. I also worked on multimedia, social network analysis, robotics, and wearable computing. I gave tutorials on ‘Emerging Topics in Human Activity Recognition’ at CVPR ’14 and ‘Activity Recognition for Visual Surveillance’ at AVSS 12.
Until 2014, I have worked on advanced R&D programs with US Defense departments, and have served as principal investigators on DARPA and IARPA programs, collaborating with +5 top research companies and +10 top class universities.
